  • Where can I find what I am looking for?
    • There is a search box in the top right hand corner where you can type in the item you are looking for.
  • How do I place an order online?
    • Decide what you would like to purchase and it your items into the cart.  Once you are done shopping view your cart and proceed to checkout.  There will be a sequence of questions to fill out such as payment type and where it will be shipped to.
  • Can I contact you with questions about my order?
    • If you have any questions about our service or products, contact customer service M-F 8am-6pm at 515-256-8976.
  • How do I personalize my clothing?
    • There is box next to your item that will allow you to type in what you want on your item.
  • How much does it cost to personalize?
    • It depends how many letters there will be in what you want to be personalized.
  • What is your return policy?
    • If a customer wants to return an item they must have the receipt and return it within 30 days.  All tags must be on clothing.  The company has to receive the product before the 30 days in order for the customer to get refunded.
    • If payment was made with cash then the customer will get a refund in cash only if the purchase was less than $250.  If over $250 then the customer will get in store credit.
    • If the payment was made with a credit card then the customer will get the credit back on their card of in store credit.
    • If payment was made with a check then a check will be funded to back to them. Payment was a gift card then the customer will get in store credit.
    • Payment was made with in store credit the customer will be issued in store credit.
  • * Any item can be returned within the 30 days.  It can be clearance and sale items.
  • Our company has the right to refuse merchandise sent back.
  • How fast do you ship online placements?
    • Whenever possible, we ship orders via FedEx. Our policy is to strive for the best possible combination of price and service for your shipment.
    • Overnight shipments will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after departing GolfShop. 2-Day Air shipments arrive two business days after departing GolfShop.
    • Orders are shipped within 48 hours of online placement
  • How do I return merchandise?
    • GolfShop has to receive your item 30 days after your purchase date. 
  • Where is my order being shipped from?
    • Your order is coming from Des Moines, IA.
